Requirements to get licensed

License requires

  1. Registered office in Cyprus
  2. Daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  3. Funds level should stay above the limit specified by the CySEC
  4. Staff should use their own name to communicate with clients
  5. Criminal records
  6. Have a proper system to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing
  7. An annual statement
  8. Capital requires €150,000 for STP, and €750,000 for market maker
