License Requires
Fintech
- Providing, applying financial products
- Arranging and issuing financial
- Require details its corporate governance structure
Broker
- Be incorporated in Seychelles;
- Be licensed in accordance with the licensing requirements;
- Meet the minimum net worth requirements (US $50,000) for a securities dealer license;
- Have two directors (which may be non-residents);
- Employs at least one individual who is licensed as a representative under the Securities Act 2007
- The company must rent premises in Seychelles for keeping records or other documents.
- The MLRO must be Seychelles resident
- No restrictions on leverage, PAMM/MAM accounts, or IBs
Insurance
- Minimum paid up 100,000$

- The application form completed in full;
- The application fee as prescribed;
- Business plan (if applicable);
- Risk management (if applicable);
- Corporate governance structure of the applicant (if applicable);
- Organisation structure of the applicant (if applicable);
- Certified true copy of current valid licence or other authorisation to conduct such business under the laws of a recognised 8.jurisdiction if the applicant is operating outside of Seychelles (if applicable);
- Exit strategy / plan (if applicable).
For Brokers
- Certified passport copy and Passport photos
- Certified utility bill in English issued within the last month
- Certified academic & professional certificates and CV
- Police Criminal Certificate & Tax Compliance Certificate
- Bank statement confirming US$ 50,000 deposit
For Insurance
- A completed application form
- Certified true copies of the Certificate of Incorporation
- Certified true copies of the constitutional documents of the applicant
- Personal Questionnaire
- Questionnaire Forms for Shareholders and Beneficial Owners completed
- The last audited/forecasted financial statements of the applicant and Annual Actuarial
- Valuations
- Proof of source of funds or wealth
- Letter of appointment of the Company Secretary and/or Principal Insurance
- Representative
- Board Resolution in respect of the appointment of Company Secretary and/or Principal
- Insurance Representative (as applicable)
- A detailed Business Plan of the applicant’s proposed business and operations
- A business plan or a feasibility study conducted
- Evidence that the proposed Auditors/Actuary have agreed to the appointment
- A copy of any agreement between the applicant and any proposed insurance
- broker(s)/agent(s)/sub‐agent(s) or service companies
- Any other agreements, manuals or policies required
